Our Story
The Mad and Crip Theology Press is a Canadian micro-publishing press exploring the intersections between spirituality, disability, and mental health. We are committed to amplifying the voices of women, marginalized communities, and 2SLGBTQ+ writers with lived experience of mental distress and/or other disabilities, as well as caregivers.
We are a very small team with big hearts who love storytelling! We are committed to walking alongside authors every step of the way through the writing, editing, and publishing process. We especially enjoy working with first-time authors. If you have a book idea but aren't sure where to begin, please reach out to co-editors Amy Panton and Laura MacGregor for a chat!
